According to the Minecraft Enchantment Calculator, there is a 9.5% chance of getting 4 enchantments when using 30 levels on a Diamond Sword. It also doesn't break any enchantability rules. You just got really lucky.
I'm in the process of making sort of a costum AI for the giants in minecraft. So far I'm making a zombie ride it so it follows me and when ever I get close I effect myself with instant damage, problem is without knockback it just keeps coming and I die as soon as the giant toughes me, so is there a way to send me flying when I get close to the giant too?

pc. The title pretty much says it all, but here is a little more detail. So if we are to go by the Wiki, the fact that snowballs no longer cause knockback is a "bug", although the wiki isn't always correct so this might not be the case, nevertheless it is a fact that it no longer happens and has been this way since around 1.4.

I’m unsure about negative knockback resistance there’s always aoe attacks that could move the player. You could also make some sort of contraption that made the player have speed for a short second to make the get knocked really far. That’s all I got.

Then, (in the same tick but executing after the command above) have an execute command (executing as your no-knockback mob) all players with a radius of 2 the knockback resistance attribute. The reason for the ordering is so there is no conflict with multiple mobs who apply the no knockback effect.
