Verdict. There are a lot of good ideas in Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, and it certainly looks like a great tactical space combat game. But it struggles to build that into a coherent whole, making

To fight them as space marines I'd recommend bringing carriers so strike cruiser mk1 and the battle barge since most eldar factions have tend to not bring carriers (corsairs are the exception). In this case target their engines and launch wave after wave of strike craft. Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2. Unbeatable Ork fleet. 1 BC, 2 small rocks, 2 medium rocks, 2 onslaught. Upgrades for Zzaps and big red button cooldown. Abilities don't really matter, stasis and plasma bomb is always good though. Keep the rocks in one blob and just hurl them right at the enemy or chase him, if it's a fast faction. In this games case. Battlefleet gothic 2 is considered a fully functional traditional game that has had a full development cycle and was sold normally. However, that does not mean it is a complete and abandoned project. The game could still be expanded on via updates and expansions at any time the developers want.
I preface this by saying I play on standard settings, hard difficulty, no mods. Around midway through the Imperial campaign, I've reached the same breaking point in four attempted playthroughs. I've unlocked all ship classes, maxed out my fleet sizes. And yet, I keep losing and I'm perpetually outnumbered. I can only bring ships to a fight as permitted by my leadership limit. The enemy does

Patriot03 Apr 23, 2016 @ 5:33pm. 62 FPS cap. 144 hertz monitor and I'd really like to remove this cap, unlike all UE3 games this UE4 title stores the usual config file somewhere else inside appdata, I did found the user settings but it doesn't have the normal bsmooth option so Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2. Since you have clearly abandoned the game At least open the game to modders and incorporate the steamworkshop so that some of us might fix half of the mess that you left us. Yes, quite, I would like to increase Chaos damage by at least 25%.
Specifically, make sure your drivers are up to date. Also, try verifying your files in steam: 1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY. 2. Right click on Battlefleet Gothic: Armada II > Properties. 3. Click the LOCAL FILES tab and click on the VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES button. If these don't help, please let us know!

This is a common issue with Intel 10+ gen processors and the fix is everywhere in this forum, and there is a guide in the "guides" tab just for it. The best fix is Refund. The game is broken for WIndows 11 users. I found no fixes when I had it and so I refunded. Armada 1 works fine.

A Tip for the Chaos Campaign. The final, final mission, which takes place in the Cadian system itself is considered a "massive battle" meaning you will be able to use the full force of the fleets you bring with you, not just 1 1/2 fleets like what leadership normally allows you. Though the game does not tell you this until you enter the battle

I have found a seemingly consistent if strange fix. Head to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Battlefleet Gothic Armada II\BattlefleetGothic2\Content\Movies. and delete the opening movie that is nothing but logos. This seems to cause the battlescreen to show up after a few seconds as well as freaking out the game a bit.
