The classes I usually main are Necromancer, Warrior, Revenant, or Guardian. So I was wondering how Harbinger, Bladesworn, Vindicator, and Willbender stack up in PvE right now. I usually like to do all of the new stuff and spend a lot of time with the new elite specs. I'm sorry if this is seems like a lazy post but I have been on YouTube and I like necro for asura. Your small in size, but you make up for that with stealing life force and controlling undead minions. For PvE I tend to go with a class that has blast finishers. The asura racial skill Radiation Field applies poison and weakness, and blast+poison equals even more weakness. The Norn-class.
3) Anyone thinking that the November 29th patch will remove Mechanist or Firebrand from being the two top choices in the PvE meta is being delusional: dps nerfs are irrelevant when what most of people do is just chosing the lower effort path which still has the work done (which is the Mechanist) or the most versatile support build (which is and
Where mirage can perform adequately by basically spamming 1 and dodge on staff from range, weaver has 26 weapon skills, a unique rotation, and it's pure melee making it higher risk. It's one of the strongest builds for open world/story play, but you have to understand how to play it to get great performance out of it.

Yea probably soloing t1 fractals is a pretty good way to get into soloing. MAMA is the first boss of the nightmare fractal when challenge mote is activated, you can see a solo by me here - very hard to kill at first, but once you invest some time into trying you definitely learn a loooot of mechanics. 2. Magoslich.

Sword/Pistol thief is probably the closest thing to a straight up swashbuckler, though. All of your armor will be trenchcoats, and outside of some off-theme teleports you'll have skills like "Pistol Whip" and "Black Powder Shot". Mind you, PvE Sword/Pistol is really busted, you have two skills that make you invulnerable on zero cooldown, and

Bladesworn trades its second weapon set for a Gunsaber that combines ranged explosions with melee slashes. Most importantly, it gains access to the unique Dragon Slash burst skills - incredibly powerful single strikes that take a long time to prepare. As the Bladesworn is immobile this preparation, it can be challenging to manage against

You're not going to clear AC faster than a 5-man group, and soloing doesn't give more loot. People who solo dungeons do it for a challenge, not for earning money (exception of Arah). The LFG tool will give you a group in less than a minute. Run it over and over if you want to. Hmm, alright ill use LFG then.
Ranger. Ranger is one of the most popular classes in Guild Wars 2, and it’s easy to see why. The combination of longbow damage and your pet’s abilities makes it easy to customize your attacks. Plus, your pet serves as a built-in companion to attack and distract mobs. The down side to Ranger is that it’s a bit of a glass cannon.

Posted September 16, 2017. Ranger is a good choice as blam said. Though I would recommend necro before ranger. For open world pve, a necro can do just about anything, solo anything, etc. I would recommend going zerk + scholar runes, and running a power build (unless you want to do high level end-game content, then condi would be a bit better).

Staff Daredevil with Signet of Malice is still one of the best builds for Open World. Deadeye is probably much better for soloing bosses than Specter. When you land 20k hits, IP heals you for 1200hp. Use stealth to manipulate agro, Death's Retreat to get away from mobs. 13. Power Mechanist is a strong DPS Option on virtually all encounters in the game. It is fully ranged, has great self-sustain, great mobility, amazing Crowd Control, and access to decent self- Quickness, some group Might all while being very easy to pick up. Shift Signet is not only a long-range blink but can also be used as a Stun Break wIB8.
